Arikara Nutrition was born from a simple conviction: the food on your table should nourish your body and honor the land it came from. In Garrison, North Dakota—where the plains stretch wide and the seasons shift with dramatic honesty—we've built a pantry that reflects that same honesty.

Our bakery produces small batches of sourdough, flatbreads, and pastries using traditional fermentation and locally milled grains. Our grocery selection emphasizes whole foods, seasonal produce, and pantry staples that real cooks reach for every day.
